The MEGA suture pad idea comes from the comments of the medical students, doctors, and nurses in the internship.
The mega suture pad dimension is 8 x 8 inches with different types of wounds. More shapes of wounds are provided for suturing practice. The multiple wound shape is designed and developed by doctors, and experimented with by medical students. Apart from the usual straight and curve cut line, the mega suture pad provides an S shape, M shape, and Y shape wounds, which simulate the wounds we can see in daily life. Medical students can learn most of the wounds stitches with it.
This ultra-large suture pad is made of high-quality silicone, mixed composite thermoplastic material with our formula. It's not easy to rip. Aiming to strengthen durability, we place one protective mesh at a skin-like layer as close as possible to the surface. It prevents suture pads from breaking, especially for beginners who do elementary suture training. Our mesh material is made of polyester, stronger & denser than the one which is used by others. Also, the 3 layers' structure and silicone texture make suture practice more realistic. Make suture training more easy & happy.
It is the latest suture pad. The texture is close to real skin and able to cycle use. Multiple new wounds meet more suture training tasks. So it is recommended for medical students to take it as a best refill suture pad to suture kit.
Note: We have been making suture pads for several generations and we could customize silicone suture pads with different customers' requirements. We don't have a strict MOQ for our standard suture pads.
What is your lead time?
For a regular suture practice model, our lead time is 1-3 days. If you're going to customize the pad and bigger order, it will take 10-20 days to complete the order.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we basically offer free samples but only have some shipping costs for the regular suture pad. For more details, please contact us to discuss more.
